A. EXHIBITION SPACE
All exhibition spaces are provided as bare floor areas according to the official exhibition layout. Standard carpet flooring and general lighting are already installed as part of the event hall’s existing facilities, ensuring consistent lighting quality and visual harmony across the exhibition area.
Exhibitors are responsible for designing, constructing, and decorating their own exhibition spaces based on their individual concepts, brand identity, and presentation objectives. This flexible approach allows each brand to fully express its creative and design values.
Exhibition space options include standard, upgraded, and special showcase areas, with various sizes such as 5 sqm, 10 sqm, 16 sqm and 32sqm....

Basic power supply suitable for standard display needs
Should exhibitors require additional power supply or special electrical connections for equipment such as LED screens, demonstration devices, or advanced technology systems, please notify the Organizer in advance for technical consultation and separate quotation.
B. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION SCHEDULE
As the exhibition is held in an upper-level event hall, all delivery and transportation of goods, materials, and exhibition components must be conducted via the building’s elevator system, strictly following the instructions and schedule set by the building management.
Booth installation will be permitted from 14:00 on the day prior to the opening date and may continue until 05:00 on the opening day. Exhibitors are advised to carefully plan their logistics, manpower, and installation work within the allowed timeframe.
During installation, exhibitors and contractors are required to:
Complete major construction and setup before opening hours
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order at all times
Fully comply with venue regulations, technical requirements, and fire safety standards
C. BOOTH CONSTRUCTION & DECORATION GUIDELINES
Exhibitors are fully responsible for the design, construction, and finishing of their booths within the allocated space.
The maximum height for decorations and installations is 3 meters. In the event of special designs exceeding 3 meters, the design schematics must be submitted to the Organizer for prior approval.
All construction must ensure structural safety and must not interfere with neighboring booths or the venue’s infrastructure.
Drilling, nailing, or attaching materials directly to floors, walls, ceilings, or permanent structures is strictly prohibited.
Decoration materials must be safe, clean, and visually appropriate, without causing odor, dust, or excessive noise during exhibition hours.
The Organizer reserves the right to request modifications or removal of any structures that do not comply with regulations or pose safety risks.
D. SAFETY & FIRE REGULATIONS
Exhibitors and contractors must strictly comply with all safety and fire protection regulations of the venue.
The use of flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, or high-heat equipment is prohibited unless approved in advance by the Organizer.
Emergency exits, technical corridors, and common areas must remain clear and unobstructed at all times.
Exhibitors are responsible for monitoring the safety of their booths and displayed equipment throughout the exhibition.
E. EXHIBITION OPENING HOURS & OPERATIONS
All booths must be fully completed and operational before the official opening time.
Exhibitors are required to staff their booths during all exhibition hours.
Dismantling or removal of products and display materials before the official closing time is not permitted unless approved by the Organizer.
Exhibitors are responsible for the safekeeping of their products, equipment, and personal belongings throughout the event.
F. DISMANTLING & SPACE HANDOVER
Booth dismantling is permitted only after the official closing of the exhibition, according to the schedule announced by the Organizer.
Exhibitors must remove all structures, materials, and waste, returning the space to its original condition.
Any damage caused to floors, walls, ceilings, or venue facilities will be the responsibility of the exhibitor and subject to compensation as required by the venue.
